Toner
If you have dry skin go for a hydrating toner
If you have acne prone then go for something that have tea tree in it!
If you face open pores as a big problem you need a pore minimising toner
Moisturiser with an SPF or you can just go for sunscreen in summers to prevent
a layer of product on your face.
PRIMER is the first product to apply as it prevents makeup from sliding and oxidising. It is a makeup essential. You can also use two different primers for different areas of your face. if you have oily skin any silicone based primer or if you have oily t-zone and normal/dry skin use it only on your t-zone For radiance or that illuminating glow or if you have dry skin you can go for a radiance primer from laura mercier / kiko smart radiance cream in shade radiant
gold/ mac strobe cream in shade goldite /smashbox radiance primer/ makeup forever radiance primer these are some of the radiance primers that we love at MAMA . If you have open pores then you can use optical illusion by Urban Decay on your open pores or benefit porefessional.
COLOR CORRECTOR
Everyone of you not might need one but the ones with lot of pigmentation will need an orange color corrector. We recommend from derma kryolan shade D30 or MAC Orange Corrector.
If you have pigmentation and you are fair you might need peach corrector. It can be DF2 from Derma Kryolan or peach corrector from la girl.
CONCEALER
Depending on the coverage you can choose your concealer if you like heavy coverage we recommend you Kryolan Derma or Samer Khouzami.
If you like medium to sheer coverage you can go for la girl liquid concealer or NARS radiant concealers or Tarte shape tape or NARS Pot concealer works well too. It gives you medium to full coverage.
FOUNDATION should be closer to your skin colour. The purpose of foundation is to make your skin look brighter and even. When choosing the foundation always check it on your cheek plane if it merges in your skin that means it is your perfect colour, you can go a shade lighter or darker depending on your requirement. Always remember to ask for a warm tone foundation which means which has an undertone of yellow or orange in it. We have categorised foundation based on coverage.
You can choose as per your budget and the coverage you require.
TRANSLUCENT POWDER
This is a very important product to have in your kit as it helps you to lock your makeup. While choosing a translucent powder always remember that it should not be white infact it shoukd be colourless or of your skin tone.
